Description
We are looking for a Laborer technician to play a critical role in the inspection, assessment, and documentation of underground sewer and storm water pipelines.
Operating a mobile, truck-mounted Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, the CCTV Operator provides essential diagnostic services prior to, during, and after rehabilitation processes like CIPP lining and/or cleaning.

Responsibilities
- Perform laborer duties as assigned.
- Operate and maintain CCTV inspection equipment (robotic cameras, recording systems, etc.).
- Conduct thorough pipeline inspections to identify defects, obstructions, and structural issues.
- Interpret and document observations using NASSCO standards (PACP/MACP/LACP).
- Upload and organize video data and inspection reports for internal use and customer delivery.
- Coordinate with field crews and project managers to schedule inspections efficiently.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness.
- Follow safety protocols and DOT regulations while traveling and operating equipment.

- Nassco PACP/MACP/LACP current certification
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV inspection, sewer, or underground utilities.
- Minimum class B CDL with clean driving record.
- Familiarity with confined space entry and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in variable weather conditions.
